Dr Shann Burroughs has been treating pets since 2010
Dr. Burroughs graduated in 2010 from NCSU College of Veterinary Medicine and has lived in Raleigh ever since. She worked for a corporate veterinary hospital for 7 years before opening North Raleigh Mobile Veterinarian in 2017 to provide quality veterinary care in the home. In 2022 she started offering in home euthanasia and palliative end of life care exclusively.
She is a very patient and empathetic person. In other periods of her life she has worked as a social worker for many years, she has volunteered with various wildlife rehabilitation centers healing injured wildlife, and she joined the Peace Corps to help a town in Bolivia establish clean drinking water. Being kind and caring to every living thing is just part of who she is.
